Mr. Tugman brings twenty years of oil and gas experience to the company. He previously co-founded McCulliss Resources, an oil and gas company. His industry background includes experience with acquisitions, raising private capital, company formation, accounting and taxation. Most recent position was as CFO with Family Tree Oil and Gas Corporation which specialized in purchasing and selling leased or purchased oil and gas minerals, and had minority working interest in over 200 producing oil and gas wells. During his four year tenure at Family Tree Oil and Gas Corporation, Mr. Tugman was instrumental in increasing company net profitability by improving cash flow, decreasing total liabilities and achieving dramatic expansion of the mineral rights transaction program. Mr. Tugman attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mr. Garrett brings forty years experience as a geological engineer with extensive knowledge and experience from drilling more than 400 oil and gas wells in North America. His career has encompassed all areas of geotechnical evaluation, development, exploration, production and operations. Formerly a senior managing director and head of energy for Yorkville Advisors, small cap investment funds, he has held key positions within E&P companies, including Mountain Hawk Energy, BlueCreek Energy, Energy Oil (NASDAQ), Mizel Petro Resources (OTC), and Garrett Resources. He also has worked with Baker Atlas (Baker Hughes; NYSE). Mr. Garrett is a co-founding member and served as executive director of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, a nationally recognized trade association that promotes the beneficial, efficient, responsible and environmentally sound development, production and use of oil and natural gas in the state. He also served in the US Navy and is a decorated combat veteran. Mr. Garrett received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Colorado State University, Pueblo, Colo.
